Managing Director
The Managing Director drives business development, client relationships, and high-level deal strategy. With years of transactional experience and a deep network, the MD leads pitch processes, oversees key negotiations, and ensures every engagement aligns with both client goals and firm standards.
Vice President
The Vice President bridges strategy and execution. They manage day-to-day deal flow, lead the preparation of financial models and marketing materials, and act as a key point of contact for clients and counterparties. VPs are trusted to run transactions with minimal oversight, often mentoring junior team members along the way.
Associate
Associates are the workhorses of the deal team, combining technical ability with project management. They support transaction execution by building models, drafting investor materials, coordinating diligence, and keeping timelines on track. Associates also contribute to internal training and help groom analyst talent.
Analyst
Analysts provide the analytical engine behind our advisory work. From researching markets and benchmarking comps to constructing detailed financial models, analysts support all aspects of client work. This role is ideal for self-starters eager to learn and grow quickly in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
