We’re looking for experienced professionals who can own and drive transactions—sourcing new mandates, managing client relationships, and executing deals end-to-end. You should be comfortable working directly with founders, family offices, and institutional investors, and know how to translate complex stories into compelling investment narratives. Nassau offers a platform with real autonomy, sharp support, and significant economic upside.

Associates & Analysts

You’ll be fully embedded across live mandates from day one—supporting everything from investor outreach and memo drafting to cap table modeling and diligence. While prior experience in investment banking, venture, or private capital is preferred, we value sharp thinkers with a bias for action, clean execution, and a strong grasp of both financial and strategic analysis.
